Look at that stellar blocking by the defense such talent such intensity so useful. Had they not been there he may have had a chance in a two on one, rather than the four on one he lost too.

everyone blaming the defence and not recognizing how AWFUL markstroms positioning is. How does he end up on his stomach ??? why does he try to stack the pads???? He's a complete fucking clueless idiot this season. Had he played that like a normal goalie, it likely goes off his shoulder. Markstrom is dogshit and has been all season with the exception of 3 games

@@jmunoz618 Demko in his return from injury has won them multiple game they had no business winning including last night against LA. Sure the Canucks arnt amazing right now but having Demko signed for another 4 years after this one on very good value contract is way better than having Markstrom who's only had like 2 good seasons in his career.

@@jmunoz618none of that is the fault of the goaltending. Demko is fighting for his life and is getting killed and they are starting minor league goalies at best against a defense made of diarrhea and an offense that has a hard time scoring.

He has not been better than his numbers this year. Last year he was great. This year he has been terrible. His defence has been bad, but he has also played horribly on most nights.

I understand being frustrated but you gotta watch where you break your stick...that paddle could've hit someone in the face and caused an unnecessary injury. The trainer was literally inches away from being hit while totally unprotected. Dumb move on Markstrom.

It was offsides. The guy who made the goal was BEHIND the other player, the other player was already in the zone. I know the goalie was looking for interference but the real thing is, the Dallas Stars were offsides. That was a bad call by NHL board. Absolutely a disgrace. And all the cameras they have and they couldn't detect that?! Horrible, TERRIBLE!! I'm not even a fan of EITHER of the teams, so I'm unbiased in terms of who gets the W and who gets the L. But the factor is, the game shouldn't have been over. Game should have continued.

I'm a goalie, that played with some former NHL, IHL players. These goalies nowadays, way to much theatrics after losing, game not going their way, to appease coach, fans. Oh look how angry he is, he must really be disappointed in his, and the teams play. Same goes for players breaking their sticks on the net. Immature! If goalies want to limited the number of goals scored on them, stop playing most of the game on your knees😉
