The microphone used in this video was the Sennheiser MD 441-U. I don’t know if they tuned it but I would disagree that it was “flawless”. It was a stellar performance that still had the natural tiny errors, and she wasn’t moving like her other performances so it makes sense that she nailed it.

Yes she performs little more lately and it's good for her to feel more stage where is also a crowd because next year her schedule is a big Tour from America, to Europe and it's a lot performances. I am just glad she doesn't pay any attention of this called drama I don't wanna prounaunced it. She's focused on herself and people think what you want I am not on Social Media only 13 Minute's on Day. Clever plus she got her favorite Award for Songwriter of the Year. Girl is just getting started🤘🤘All the best from Germany✌️🇩🇪We are waiting Olivia in Hamburg🙌🙌

If you watch other performances from Tiny Desk, they never edit the vocals. Watch Taylor's for example, her vocals were raw af. And if you rlly focus on every note, there are actually some slightly flat notes especially on the bridge of Traitor. And this is a very acoustic performances with 0 audience so I know she's extra confident here. She's said before than stripped down acoustic/piano is her forté. And if you watch her performances before blowing up, she can perform a song almost without going out of tune. It's just the audience that makes her nervous which then affects her voice.

great reaction! she finally performed deja vu live! i think that song and favorite crime are really hard to sing live. i also would like to know if there are any pitch corrections. still overall such a fun and excellent performance!

now that i see this i remember nicki nicole's tiny desk, she is an argentinian artist (one of the best in my opinion) really versatile with so much talent and i would love for you to see it. in that performance she adds a beautiful traditional and sentimental atmosphere to the songs that I love, I hope you like it💕

@@JacobRestituto thanx for responding ❤️ Love your reactions!!! The Tiny desk concert is a great intro to Hadestown and I would love to see your reaction to it. I recomend you to listen to the whole album just by yourself. Incredible music and storytelling that needs to be heard from beginning to end. Not suitable for reaction of course, but for your own pleasure. Be sure to pick the album with Eva Noblezada and Reeve Carney though. There are several. God bless 🙏😍

Her vocal seems way too dry to be pitch corrected. She does pull up from some flat notes in the bridge on Traitor. And she drops out of song to almost spoken word which is clearly not "sweetened". In Deja Vu she comes down from her falsetto flat but she is incredible about correcting. I think when she performs big live venues (award shows and like the iHeart radio event) its harder for her to hear herself. But when she is in a comfortable setting where she has comfortable access to her own tone, she does seem to be spot on. Olivia is something special to be sure!

if they really go back after the fact and repair any mistakes I feel like I have been scammed. You read a comment after you made that statement that i guess someone sent to you and I couldn't make out exactly what you said but it sounded like you said that tiny desk does modified their stuff after the fact. If that's true I swear I'll never watch another one and I know many other people feel the same way. Hell there's no need to strive to be the best you can be if everything's fake anyway
