The Last Duel was a good movie as in story wise but very triggering. I wanted to punch Jacques so bad at the end when he kept telling him there was no assault yet even in both stories of his side and her side there was obvious assault. Just infuriating. The ending was much deserved BUT I did enjoy the film in a way. It shows what us women had to go through and still goes through to this day (just not to extent of if her husband losses the duel). As much as I found him attractive I rooted for him losing lol

I think Le Gris was disgusting and evil but he begged God to forgive him. I like how he looks like a handsome knight in shining armor but is bad underneath. History is still unclear and debated if he really did it or it was miscarriage of justice.
