What an amazing man! He gives us hope for our planet. I have always planted trees in our backyard and they have kept the house cool; no air conditioner needed even at 118 degrees! I wished I could plant more; they add beauty and grace wherever they are planted. God Bless him we need more like him.......

I am from India 🇮🇳 In Standard 10th in Science we had a paragraph of this gentleman( jadav payeng ). That small paragraph of this man attract me towards tree 🌳. Fact- There are total 3 trillion tress on the mother Earth 🌎, which means 420 tress for a individual.

Time mark 2:47 "This simple farmer" is a very condescending insulting remark. The man is no more simple than anyone else. It's right up there with Michael Bloomberg's remark about farming to the effect; all they do is throw some seeds in the ground and watch them grow. Jadav Payeng knows very well HOW to plant the forest and actually make it grow. Time mark 3:15 he is going to be the source of techniques in a forthcoming book on just exactly how plant that forest. Hardly the hall mark of a simple man.
