Hey! So this is how I practice every day, follow the channel if you want to master the double flower stick flow.
Droping the sticks is a must in order to advance and that's ok. It will fall a lot before you get where you want to just keep trying to get the moves.

Wish I could have rainbow coloured sticks like yours, I love rainbow coloured things so much! The sticks here in Germany are just... so normal... :-/

Gisa Sonnenlichtlein :) if you like rainbow colors you should visit my page ... facebook.com/pages/Wow/287373361371755?pnref=lhc where in Germany are you from ?... i visit in Berlin every summer . about the sticks i make my own type they are longer and heavier than most sticks i seen ... i also sell them you are welcome to order but take in mind that there is a waiting list of 3-4 months im over flowing with orders for some time now and they are pricey so its not for every one ...

guynastro I have visited your page yesterday night, but it was too late for me and I was tired so I repeated just know. The fotos are awesome especially the one with your stick holder. And you are very impressive! I m from Hamburg. I think it's a nice city like Berlin is, but I like Hamburg more because it's more green and nature :D You sell handmade sticks? You are awesome! :D How much are a pair in rainbow colours?

Gisa Sonnenlichtlein green and nature is important :) maybe i visit there this year between the psy festivals ... thank you for the support ! my facebook profile is inactive for this time but when i turn it on again i would be happy if we become friends ;) maybe you could advise me on interesting events in your area. the price of the full spectrum rainbow color is 100 euro not including shipment ... i make about 15 pairs a year this year even less , im quit busy with other projects and training ;)
