It is right behind the A/C compressor. In order to replace it you will have to remove either compressor or alternator to free up some room. Mine need replacement too but I'll wait until one of those fail out and do it then.

Holy crap don't you have a tool tray? Don't use the hoods or any other surface of cars painted area to store tools or parts.thats not good business ethics totally unprofessional.if I did that at the dealership I mech at i would for sure get an ass chewing for sure or maybe told to load my toolbox and pick up my last pay check at the front office on the way out.and that is no Ford Taurus you are working on there that is somebodies baby entrusted to be in your care.good auto shop ethics will only help you prosper in a good customer relationship for repeat repair services in the future. Other than that like your site and even learn a thing or two by watching you work .thank you.

Mine does that too, I find if you turn the pump handle to about 9 o clock it'll pump again
