when he gets invited to those "white awards", he speaks English because the crowd is predominantly white. common sense. he is at home with his friends. why in the world would he speak English to his friends. over 90% of the population in Tanzania probably don't even speak English. When he spoke to Jah, did he speak Swahili or English? if you said he should've paid more attention to Jah being that he's a guest. yes I agree. but let's not say he should not speak Swahili because Jah is there. That makes no sense to me. Was he a bad guest? Absolutely. but let's not include language in it. Jah felt out of place.

1. I agree that diamond and his guys should have spoken english to accommodate Jah prayzah, but if they decide not to, then what. 2. Jah Prayzah's eyes were on the goal. to make a hit song and video with Diamond; feed of his continental fame and make inroads into the african market, where Diamond is already established. he did exactly that. dont take his humbleness for foolishness. at the end of the day its Jah Prayzah's song featuring Diamond

I can't see what are people blaming on Diamond just because he was talking in Swahili in presence of Jah Prayzah. Jah came with written verses and somehow composed relics. Diamond had to start from thinking what to put in the song and how to sing it. Did you wanted him to think in Swahili while speaking in English? Were there discussing other matters not relating to the song? At the end we all know that, Diamond did the best in this song.

What I noticed Jah by nature is a cool guy and not talkative that much, Diamond was struggling find some words to fit it that song for Jah, and remember Diamond always sing swahili even Neyo knows that, I dont know why ppl hate while the dont know whats going on in the studio, those three other artist doesnt speak english and diamond ask for help of some lines to fit in.
