My guess is that Phil is more experienced with flying and can actually use it to his advantage so the federation sees him more as a threat, while Jaiden never learned to do anything with her wings and as such doesn’t have experience using them and the federation (Cuckcurucho) sees her as more of an ally so she is left alone.

It would make sense that after getting exploded the first time, her wings were f’d up. But then while hanging out with the cucuruhos, they may have sped up the healing process in her sleep or something. Idk.

Headcanon: Phil is like a jealous of Jaiden kinda like a sibling rivalry since her wings are more developed and new but his are old due to old age and other things (cage for a cage) but he still likes Jaiden but is just good at hiding his jealousy (it’s just a silly headcanon I like making them for qsmp it’s a fun mc server)
