HEN’s not persistent. Every time you restart your PS4, it will go away, you would have to enable HEN again.

HEN jailbreak is not permanent, it's not a full custom firmware jailbreak, when you reset your PS4, you need to run the HEN jailbreak again.

Seems like if unplug the pie and eject my ext. ps4HDD. and 90% it shuts down fine. I just really like the set and forget method of using the pi on start up. Small price to pay. Just an observation. 🤷
