We use raw banana in place where potatoes are used. Jain food is always tasty n is an art to prepare without onion garlic paste or gravy. Try here in Dubai (UAE) WE GET SO MANY JAIN FOOD OPTIONS THT TOO PURE AND TASTY.EVEN PAV BHAJI😅

Thanks Bhaiya for bringing jain food on main stream.❤ I suggest you should try pav bhaji which uses raw banana. We jains use Raw banana as substitute of potato. And worry we dont get offended by your review on jain food, So i think you can give your review freely...

I am very happy viwa food world, that u made a video on JAIN food. ya the PERFECT replacement of aloo is KACHA KELA . The samosa, puff, vada, dabeli masala, etc. were made from kacha kela, instead of aloo. I am from Kota , u r from gujrat, the state with one of the highest Jain population in India. the dishes u said had sweet taste , or less spicy ,etc. is the fault of restaurant only, as i can prepare better tasting samosa , vada pav, dabeli, puff masala, and after eating that u WILL Forget eating Aloo masala again. KUDOS To ALL JAINS, JAI MAHAVEER, JAI ADINATH, JAI SHANTINATH.
