The reason that face id doesn't work is because you left out the 2 gold pads from the original housing. It didnt work during testing because the sensors in the screen wern't connected. But great transformation

No it’s because apple had this hardware feature so that when you change the screen, Face ID doesn’t work because like Touch ID, it’s assigned to that phone and that phone only. On the iPhone 13, the Face ID module is now part of the frame of the phone so it isn’t attached to the screen like it previously was so now you can change the screen and Face ID works

I was never actually into the mindset of showing an object that isn't what it seems to be. I prefer keeping my 11's appearance stock instead of pretending it to be a13 Pro. Moreover iphone 11's mint green colour is so good!

Great video! Althought you missed the rubber rings on the old buttons. They have to be transfered to the new buttons to create a perfect seal. Other than that its great!
