जब मैं जैसलमेर गया था तो इन्ही के पास वाले होटल में रुका था और मटन बनाने का सारा सामान यहां तक कि सिगरी और कोयला भी जयपुर से अपनी गाड़ी में लेकर गया था होटल की छत पे बना के खाया खूब मजा आया जैसलमेर में अच्छा मटन मिलता है

Bhaisahab Mutton mutton hota hai bas khali alag alag naam diya hai region aur geographic wise ..simple recepie hai simple ingredient hai...onion, yogurt, red chilli, khade masale, ginger garlic aur some mutton masala...now you cook in copper vessel aur matki aur mitti ke bartan ...use ghee, aur oil same all bhaiya ..anyway different location is different good videos
