Lightning crashes a new mother cries Her placenta falls to the floor The angel opens her eyes The confusion sets in Before the doctor can even close the door Lightning crashes an old mother dies Her intentions fall to the floor The angel closes her eyes The confusion that was hers Belongs now to the baby down the hall Oh now feel it, comin' back again Like a rollin', thunder chasing the wind Forces pullin' from The center of the earth again I can feel it Lightning crashes a new mother cries This moment she's been waiting for The angel opens her eyes Pale blue colored iris Presents the circle And puts the glory out to hide, hide Oh now feel it, comin' back again Like a rollin', thunder chasing the wind Forces pullin' from The center of the earth again I can feel it Oh now feel it, comin' back again Like a rollin', thunder chasing the wind Forces pullin' from The center of the earth again I can feel it Oh now feel it, comin' back again Like a rollin', thunder chasing the wind Forces pullin' from The center of the earth again I can feel it

There is something with the guy at 1:40 that just brings me pure joy. The ability to just complitely loose yourself in the moment to music, standing in a crowd where everyone else is doing the same. The feeling of belonging and being in the now. Its a feeling that i long for a lot of the time. Its feels like i have lost it a long the way some how. Like when i was a kid it was there all the time. But its seems like when adulthood starts it just starts to fade

This is one of the best concert songs ever. My family, friends and I were fortunate enough to live near Philly and have Live be a 'local' band to the area and play many concerts around here over the years. We've seen them loads of times and consider them to be 'our band'. A shame that they split up and don't perform on tour anymore because their name suited them as they were brilliant 'live'. Ed really knows how to command a stage with his presence. This song was always the one that got the crowd united in spirit and voice and shook the rafters of whatever venue Live were playing. I so miss seeing them in concert, but thankful I got to attend as many as I did.
