There is a word in the subtitles of the final part of my recent self-esteem video
that needs to be corrected.
In the voiceover, the term "mirror theory" was used, but it should be "mirror neurons" instead,
as it is a psychological term.
Let me briefly explain what mirror neurons are.
#Mirror neurons are a type of neuron that fire when an individual performs an action and also when the individual observes the same action being performed by another. In other words, they are neurons that reflect the emotions of others.
I always strive to create content that is accurate and informative, so I wanted to make this correction. Even though I sometimes make mistakes, I will continue to work hard to produce content that is friendly and engaging.
