Love jake at this shot. He is nervous and upset obviously and amy is genuinely upset. Just before the kiss we see jake is stressed and scratching his hand but at the second he decides to kiss amy, he locked his eyes at her lips and just run into her. So delicate. Every time i see this scene it just excites me a lot, they always make me feel the feeling that they feel at that moment. Amazing.

They were both heartbroken by holt's sudden exit and were also pretty aware of how atracted to each other they were. The files room was the perfect place for this kiss. It was rather sad, as if they were trying to comfort each other, and full of love as well.

I have never cheered more, for two people's first kiss in a series, than these two. it felt real. their relationship story arc has been the best part of the show. I'm currently in season 4 and I love how the writers kept them together through the shenanigans of the 9-9

They shared two in that same episode actually (Jake kissed Amy in the restaurant and then Amy kissed Jake in the park while watching a suspect), but those were considered to keep the undercover intact, although they probably helped leading to this one, the actual first one. Amy double tucked when talking to Jake (meaning she likes him) and Jake has had a thing for Amy since long time until then, so it was probably only a matter of time, undercover kisses or not

I broken up with 3 people 1 was Richard Because he was not a good type he doesn't live near me and we didn't go on a date plus he didn't talk to me And he never watches the NINE-NINE he listened to German songs. Conner Burn. Is my worst I thought I should have trusted him Well he is so horrible and he doesn't live near me he didn't go on a date He didn't even have phone number, Dylan we had a prom date he keeps on cheating to many girls And I he to watch the NINE-NINE but not anymore and now he watches traffic cops
