Depends Dude Some Sparring is 100% Force, I been in Wars and been Punch Hard, I have Spar in Different gyms and Dude Was trying to Rip my Head off all rounds until he Gas out in last Round due to all the heavy punching he was Trowing .So while yes Some Sparring is to Help you improve, others are to Show who's better . Same for Boxing matches or you're going to say Some Fights are at 100 percent?? Some dudes don't come to Fight but move around win by points.
