I actually like the long form content a lot better! Shorts feel uncomfortably frantic and you can't rewind them, so I think this is a good move. I also like the hard-coded subtitles! Very helpful for comprehension. I'm weirdly curious about whatever the current pop cultural zeitgeist in the US is since I don't know much about it, so any of your opinions on that sort of thing I find interesting. Funnily enough only my #2 top artist got called out here, and thank you! Haven't had a 30th birthday yet, but I also hope it won't be devastating (two years to go).

Chocolate chip cookies Ingredients for 12 cookies ½ cup (100 g) sugar ¾ cup (165 g) brown sugar, packed 1 teaspoon salt ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ¼ cups (155 g) all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon baking soda 4 oz (110 g) semi-sweet chocolate chunk, or milk chocolate 4 oz (110 g) dark chocolate chunk, or your preference whole milk, to drink, optional Preparation In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, salt, and butter until a paste has formed with no lumps. Whisk in the egg and vanilla, beating until light ribbons fall off the whisk. Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula, being careful not to overmix too much. This will cause the gluten in the flour to toughen which will result in cakier cookies. Fold in the chocolate chunks evenly, then chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. For a more intense toffee-like flavor and deeper color, chill the dough overnight. The longer the dough rests, the more complex its flavor will be. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space between cookies and 2 inches (5 cm) of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown. Cool completely, and serve yourself a glass of milk. Enjoy!

As a mother mother fan I was like “naah, I was the quiet shy hardworking kid!” then remembered how I had to “correct” every single word that came out of any teachers mouth that I disagree/have another way to make things make sense in my head (I was a undiagnosed ADHD and autism kid) and how several very patient teachers getting mentally ready for a fight (followed by a long audible sigh) with a neurodivergent kid that will make things way more complicated for themselves and won’t be convinced until you give up lol. (I apologize from all my classmates that I made things harder to understand by showing them the way it works for me)
