I agree in Western countries it’s considered so rude to comment on a person’s skin tone, I can’t believe so-called ‘fans’ posted such a disrespectful comment. In Australia no one would even notice or comment on Jake’s skin as he looks just natural and normal and because they’d be too busy focusing on the fact Jake is so handsome, hot and sexy!

omg ! u can tell by his eyes how happy sunghoon is when jake came in and the background music is so romantic but when the 2nd music play when jake came back ,omg ! im screaming of happiness im so in love with them ! 😍 😍😍 im smiling all throughout the video, thank you sm for this u really make my day!😘😘😘

I think it’s so rude that so-called ‘fans’ are posting comments about Jake’s skin colour, you can tell it upsets him and effects his confidence. As a westerner I really don’t understand ‘why’ so many Asians are so obsessed with having super ‘white’ skin. In Australia no one would even notice or comment about Jake’s skin. In fact Jake has beautiful skin and his skintone looks perfectly natural and normal to me, whereas I think when their makeup artists put so much heavy ‘white’ foundation on him he looks washed out, it looks so unnatural. You see idols all the time wearing foundation that’s far too light for them, giving them that ‘whited out’ look which isn’t flattering at all. Whereas when I look at Jake I just think he looks very handsome with his hot and sexy chiseled face, he looks a movie star. Love seeing Sunghoon and Jake together, especially the way Sunghoon looks at Jake in this video. I get the impression that Niki is quite possessive of Jake’s time, sometimes I think Jake gets a bit exasperated with him.

Cuz in East Asian traditional beauty standard, it's fair/creamy skin tone is pretty. it's not a huge insult in East Asian, but I know no matter how East Asian explan to you guys, it suddenly is not a part of multi culture standard, still a huge crime to you "WESTERN" guys. Just said, comment ppl outlook is rude that is I agree. Jake is pretty in any skin tone that's I want to say it too.

@@rinakim3175thanks, I understand the cultural differences as in the past it was associated with a person working outside so their skin would be darker. I thought because it’s now the 21st century people wouldn’t be so obsessed but it seems it’s ingrained in Asian society. I’m surprised that younger people still think the same way, I thought they’d be more excepting but I guess it’s not the case especially in the Kpop world. But as an Aussie Jake would consider it rude and hurtful, I felt upset for him as it wasn’t necessary to post such a comment. Especially as I said before Jake has beautiful skin and a natural lovely skin tone, he just looks handsome. It’s interesting that in Western countries everyone wants a tan, we deliberately sun-bake to get a golden sun kissed look but it’s the opposite in Asia.
