Jalan Ipoh 美联酒家，创于1969年，现在由第三代经营。美联主打兴化菜，招牌有兴化面线，炒米粉，炒白粿，蟹枣，蚝煎，豆腐羹等等。每一道面食都十足火候，道道都是美味佳肴。
Million Restaurant, located along Jalan Ipoh, is established since 1969. It is now in the hand of the third generation. Million Restaurant specializes in Hing Hua dishes, such as Hing Hua Misua, Hing Hua bihun, flat rice cake, oyster omelette, hing hua soup, crabmeat balls etc.

The style of cooking for the misua and the mihun are quite unusual but the fried bak kor is available in many shops in Jalan Ipoh. The shop name Million is apt, l think✌️✌️

Lol I'm very hungry in London . I cannot find a decent Chinese restaurant . All the food is cooked to the orang putih taste 🥴.. plus too expensive . I must say again a big thank you for showing me all the places where I can eat food in kl . When I'm in kl I normally eat in Chinatown and when I'm in ipoh there is a few places where I eat but now I find they seem to put ajinamoto in the food .

第一次聽見興化這個地方, 馬上Google了一下, 網上資料說是一個江蘇省下轄縣級市. 好像和褔建省有點距離🤔. 但我也不肯定Google一定啱, 中國太大了! 菜式好像mix了潮州菜, 小時候去潮州菜館, 父母常常會點蝦棗及蟹棗, 我們小孩子最鍾意沾那個酸酸甜甜的汁. 還有煎蠔烙(蠔煎)都是必點. 至於炒白粿, 我們叫上海年糕. 我從小到大都很喜歡吃煙韌口感的東西.

莆田兴化，讲的是福州话。兴化米粉是特色。以前槟城北海有位从莆田来的老厨师，专煮兴化菜。如今已经人去楼空。
