Love this...unless you have worked in this kind of environment , you cannot explain the Rush you feel just having your brain on auto pilot cranking out orders. I did this in the 80s working at Burger King, working 4 boards at once plus the specialty board, all during lunch rush, by myself to give the newbie's time off for lunch...I would love to see how miserable I would fail if trying to take on this challenge now a days lol

It must be an American thing cause here in Toronto they don’t fill up the hot dogs like this!! And if they do we have to pay extra 😂😂😂 anyways love the combination of topping you put on they all look delicious

Why don't you deep fry the bacon wrapped dogs? The bacon would cook evenly, and the dogs would have a nice texture to them all in 1-2 minutes?

We use to do that as standard, but recently switched to griddle. We still toss them in the deep fryer from time to time to keep up with demand. The griddle makes them faster for service and frees up the fryer for fries. Thanks for your advice!
