Can you please do a video showing step by step process of making sourdough bread? Please don't leave anything out. Most videos that I saw only show pieces of the making process. I am trying to make it. Thanks in advance

Do you always add your inclusions to your mixer? I’m debating on doing this method rather than laminating, as it is extremely tedious when I’m doing 30+ loaves with inclusions! Any tips for when to add caramelized onion or roasted garlic? Seeds?

I personally think it’s better to add them in a mix. More evenly distributed and faster.

I think it's easier/faster to do it in the mixer. You can do it during folding or lamination and get an even distribution as well. I posted the full length tutorial on my feed you can check how I do it there.
