I also think the Scouting department becomes more important than ever.. and you will see more team's begin to look to sign more young drafted player's longer and top G-League talent. Along with searching for those best Mid-level player's. Also instead of team's looking to sign the best "Star" talent available. It will be the new best rising talents like Hartenstein types to try and get for around the 25 mil mark. Those will be the moves we will see more of in the future.
