All the Knicks had to do was draft Brunson with the 9th pick in 2018. Instead of Kevin Knox. Problem solved. And not a reach. He was a can't miss. Deserved to be a top 15 pick for sure.

They might be acting like he's a big player but TBH Jalen is unique in his skill set. A tough point that acts like a power forward with Lazer quick step. There's not many of those around and he can be a drawcard for other talent. Well done to Knicks making a move rather than just trying to glue a team together with whatever they are left. They have no proper trade pieces so this is good IMO

I mean, Kyrie is less reliable but he's probably a better player. JB is a baller for sure but he's basically a great second option on a real contender. He doesn't force anything, he's good at finding what the defender is giving him and taking it but he can't make the defense give him much yet.
