Yeah, really is a shame. Even if it's joking or she is kinda oblivious to the gravity & scope... It kind of makes light of the ongoing situation of men in power taking advantage of men trying to make a name for themselves. Her being a former Playboy model which is an industry with similar incidents should give her some empathy.

For me it all started in 1997 with Tito Ortiz and Vitor Belfort. Then BJ Penn, Nick Diaz and Miguel Torres. Then it was just Nate Diaz. For the past 4 years now I am proud to say it has been Jamahal Hill. You are my favorite fighter right now and it's like that no matter if you win or lose but I know you have what it takes to beat anyone that steps in there with you and I hope you get to prove that once again this weekend. no it was always a very winnable fight for Poaton... I called it as soon as the fight was annoujnced and how it was going to happen.... Every time Jamahal throws his straight left, he drops his right hand.... When you're a southpaw and you do that, then you don't see the left hook coming back in your direction, that's game over.

That's a great point imo about fighters watching their own fights to learn and grow. I heard a top fighter say in an interview that they don't watch their fights and I fell out of my chair. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to try to learn and use every tool available, as a professional, but just imo. Great point by Nina and I strong agree w Jamahal.

Jamahal won me over with his response to Jiri's call-out. Jiri: "I'm coming. I'M COMING!" Jamahal: "That's what she said. THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!" I'm a simple guy. A good sense of humor goes a long way, and a "that's what she said" quip almost always gets a chuckle out of me. Jamal is a great fighter because he is intelligent and has good fight instincts. Natural.. Maybe a little emotional but that is also a driving force

The only reason I'm doubting jamahal before this fight specifically is because of the injury / long layoff. He's clearly a great fighter and has unbelievable speed for the 205 division. I hope he is at his best as it will make for a great fight.
