Far Out Fish Hut is located on the border of St. James and Trelawney and has been serving seafood to Jamaicans for over 35 years. This rustic seaside restaurant does their cooking on a coal fire grill which flavors the seafood along with a house sauce that has been used for the 35 years they have been in operation.

Matt should also point out negative sides of restaurants that he visits,for example long waiting time to be served(at this place simple fish&side dish)takes up to a hour and a half. Well...who like camping and waiting,go for it.

I must go back to Jamaica! I was there 20 years ago on a cruise ship, but I didn't find nothing like that. I now know how much I love your food and I will be back on my terms not the cruise. Thanks you for sharing this wonderful culture!

Cruise ship is not a good way to experience Jamaica. Go to Negril ,or Port Antonio to start.

Honestly I like ur show. Conch was always available here in Lucea even through the ban! I told the Ministry of Fisheries bout it, but it failed. Nobody was care about it! But we haf to protect our sources. We fail. Is it crocodile, turtle, shark or conch. The government should be more responsible...

I love and appreciate this video... but why the chef had to use his bare hands to handle the conch after it was grilled?? That didnt sit right with me.
