It was soup day
So here’s my soup recipe. Do enjoy
Recipe
Chicken 700g
3 chicken leg or 2 breast
2 clove garlic
1 celery stick
12 pimento seeds
1 diced onion
1 large carrot
1 Cho Cho
1 large turnip
300 g pumpkin
1 large potato
🇯🇲Flour dumplings
Piece of yam
Corn 🌽
Bunch of thyme
1 cock soup
1pumpkin cock soup
2 green chilli or 1 green scotch bonnet
2 bay leaves
2 spring onion
1/2 Maggie cube
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp unsalted butter

We are in love with those soups. Lots of different vegetables and the dumplings is perfect. For me a raw egg into my plate first, then fill it with soup. The rest of the family doesn't like the raw egg😂

Raw egg will give more body to the soup and protein. I get it.but yes soup must have vegetables and look colourful.

It's the sauce mixture u added before putting in the butter
