Thank you! Most of us like myself started building in later years, but it’s the fact that we started is important, our children can also work and finish it up. God bless you keep going!❤️

I am going to make a comment, i hope people dont take this out of context, why do we build so much house? Meaning, too big, its not necessary, we dont have big families anymore.

Could be an investment property. And owning a house is an asset, so if you can.. why not? Generational wealth

Love how upstairs look it nice and spacious and well on its way. Like my mom said we didn’t come this far to choke now. Take a deep breath and press on and remember your house is your bank account you didn’t squander the money.

I think am in the same spot as you, where we feel everything is coming to a head and there are so many demands for the limited funds. I currently have the plumber, electrician and window people working at the same time and am like a who a go pay them??😂 But as much as I want to go full speed ahead and not deprive anyone of work I had to say listen take three weeks off I can’t afford you right now.

That’s a very big house. Good luck to those who like big houses. I’d rather stick with the two bedroom house in a gated community..

How many squares feet is the area that they you covered?
@smlifestyle18112 ай бұрын
I’m not sure of the exact area covered, but let’s say if the slab thickness is 4” inches, 45cubics yards x81 inches. I’m not sure what’s the regulatory requirements in Jamaica as to the thickness, but very good question!❤👍 thanks

How do you convert the Uk pounds to the jamaican dollar.. Few years ago,ot was about twenty dollars to a english pound.Right or wrong.Advise?
@smlifestyle18112 ай бұрын
I’m not sure what’s the going rate for uk, but for the USD it’s 145 buying or 150. The Jamaican currency keeps falling 😢
@lorrainemcnally67172 ай бұрын
@@smlifestyle1811 So great full for replying toy question . I do know that the English pound is strong at present,I only found that out recently...Why? Seeing that the UK is way behind other major output in exporting it's good,being out of the European Union.

Are you doing a running total? Like for the entire money you spent from foundation to now?
@smlifestyle18112 ай бұрын
Not yet, this is just for the upstairs and it’s a rough estimate, not a total breakdown. Many a times at the hardware store buying more of what they needed is not included, I’ll have to do a video on everything when it’s completed. Thank you!❤

I had bought this land through NHT from I was living there years ago. It would be best you get a trustworthy realtor, and go there to view some properties . All the best!❤
