In this video you made a statement that the gentle rocking of the wine being delivered around the world on a ship would be good for the wine. That seems to be contradictory to what I have always been told that the three things that are worst for the development of aging wine are exposure to light, wild fluctuations in storage temperature and vibration. Wouldn’t the rocking of the ship be the same as vibration as far as the development of secondary and tertiary polyphenols in the aging wine?
