I love the respect and love they have for each other. I'm glad he had him on here. James had a fun run for sure, carpool karaoke, spit takes, all his games were a blast. I hope Jimmy doesn't leave, I hope he stays on longer than David did, he's a staple on TV and always makes us feel nostalgic and fun.

I don’t want Jimmy to leave, he’s my favorite ever. The network is obsessed with ratings though, and Colbert has higher ratings than Jimmy although Jimmy is a nice man and has by far the best sketches, games, and musical numbers.

For those that love to hate, I can tell you that after working for many years in the hospitality industry in bar and hotel management and as a chef, 80% of patrons at some point are rude to wait staff, bar staff and hospitality staff in general. James Corden is great at what he does as a host, comedian and an actor, unfortunately the masses just love to find something to hate about celebrities without looking in their own backyard.

So sad to hear James is leaving the show and so excited for him and his family to embark on a new adventure back home. I think it's incredible that they want their kids to grow up closer to family and in London, and I'm sure it is a tumultuous wonderful move for them. Wish him all the best! He truly hit his stride during the lockdown shows. Playing with and to his staff and crew gave such a relaxed feeling...and not having to cleve to the old structure freed them up to be way more funny. I hope he continues to create.

I've been a huge fan of James's late late show since it started, so you don't know how much I will miss you James. Furthermore, who we used to see his talk show will miss mainly "Carpool karaoke", which was an entertaining section where James could bring the most famous celebs to sing into his car.

I’m not excusing his behavior but I think being famous is not easy (the constant adoration and lack of privacy) plus the overweight insecurity, the bullying and the wave of insults… I hope he finds himself. I don’t feel with any authority to judge his conduct mistakes. I think Being fake in front of a camera for so long (and people like me buying it) must make some celebs very unhappy and an obvious consequence of thinking audience is stupid for believing it.

I’m clearly missing something because I’ve always LOVED James Cordon and his car pool karaoke! Maybe it’s because he’s a fellow Brit! I don’t know but I DO know that I don’t want my perception of him being sullied by rumours!!! As far as I’m concerned, he’s going home to, and for, his family and he’s doing another show! My two favourite people of American late night are good friends!!! I just LOVE that!!!! And I’ll miss him! But, I’m also aware that American entertainment is so truly cruel to foreign artists/entertainers (with the exception of few)! So, I’m glad he’s coming home!!!!❤❤❤

It's great that he decided he made enough money, and wanted to have the kids near the grandparents when they were growing up. If he was careful and put most of the money away - he would be quite comfortable. Plus he can continue to work doing things in the UK. I know that he's not a perfect person and I've heard he can be very crabby. But I still respect him wanting to raise his kids near extended family. And I also find his show funny.

I enjoyed his presence on the show, and I would’ve been sad that’s it’s ending if I hadn’t watched a clip from his earlier days with Sir Patrick Stewart. Having said that, I love the Carpool Karaoke and other bits that were really innovative and made television better.. Everyone eventually moves from one job to another, or retires. It’s life.

Haven't seen Mammals yet...I will definitely watch. I wish production/creators wouldn't put people vomiting, urinating, etc. in movies and TV shows these days..yuck. Seems to be in practically everything we watch these days. Not sure anyone wants to see/hear that stuff?!🤦‍♀ If sickness or urination is part of the story line...just elude to it..the audio of it makes me want to turn it off/change the channel😆🤷‍♀

Whenever I see late night legends together I just have this very strong urge to make something set in 1860's New York... A Comedy Gangs of New York if you will...Peter Cook is the inspiration....beyond that all I can see is Jimmy's beard in a period three piece suit....it's going to be fucking awesome....♥

@@rebelofbabylon3091 facts but James definitely helped the show move forward into social media. Craig was the first host that made the show a well-known show in homes across the world, but James helped keep the ratings up and moved the show like I said into social media.

IMO James brought a lot to the show, (and the writers and staff). The carpool karaoke. My personal favorite, the crosswalk musicals. And since the pandemic, the monologue has become hilarious. He has been accused of poor behavior in public. Still doesn't change the fact he brought some entertainment to late night.

Your amazing, funny show brought life and hope to me and I thank you so much for that.
