Fast forward 3 years and Pensn State is ranked 5 and won a Big Ten championship game with one of the most classic Bowl games in sports history...... at first I think state fans thought that Franklin was jumping on a fast moving Penn State train.... but I think I've realized that Franklin was on his own upward climb and he somehow managed to carry Penn State up with him. Success is absolutely contagious

class act..and a healer of the past hurt that was so damaging...His kids are all good kids and scholars, as well as fantastic athletes....

Met him at the MSU basketball game. He's just one of those guys, always legit. God bless.

I was not a big Franklin supporter at the beginning, I admit that. But now, I sort of see where his heart is. He is the genuine article. He does care about those players and realizes that he has a very large set of shoes to fill. He isn't perfect and never claimed to be, but I think he will be around for the long haul. With a few asset coach replacements and some refinements, we will get another national championship.
