Heats1Fan obama didnt meet with a foreign leader until 8 weeks after he took office. Trump is light years ahead of the greatest failure in western civilization history, barack obama.

His only criteria is literally just, "Are they smart?" "Are they tough?" If yes to both then you're hired. Only issue is that Trump can't distinguish intelligence from a wooden post, and his idea of "tough" is actually just cruel.
