Hes just an athletic big. We literally just did this with ayton and bagley vs trae young and Luka. People still making the same mistakes.

It just doesn't make sense for the Timberwolves to draft Wiseman because of KAT and on the fact that Wiseman need to develop in multiple areas of his game. Even the Warriors might trade him because they need a piece that can help them win now with Klay, Steph, and Draymond in their 30s. It'll be interesting to see how this play out.

Warriors gotta take this kid if they don't trade their #2 pick, he'll be a great rim runner from his rookie year and he could improve his shooting quickly learning under 2 of the greatest shooters ever, his potential is crazy and he fits the Warriors fast paced system really well.

Also I think age difference won't be that big of a deal imo, because Steph and Klay will age slowly imo because they don't depend on their athleticism all that much and Wiseman could develop pretty well in a couple of years. But I agree trading the pick could be a better option.

@@say_my_name8518 The age will just always get to me. By the time Wiseman is potentially entering his prime around 25, Steph will already be 38. I agree they (hopefully) age gracefully but who knows how long Steph even wants to play? That’s the only part that concerns me because I’ve seen a lot of people acting like it’s the next Tim Duncan to the Spurs but he was a 4 year player who didn’t need years of development. Golden State doesn’t necessarily have time to wait in my opinion. They’re gonna have to go thru possibly KP, Jokic, and AD in the playoffs just to make the finals again. Although he’s their best option at 2, I still think the age thing could be pretty significant. I’m just interested to see what happens

Shoulda taken the Bulls deal... Woulda got a good young starting Center who's a sure thing on off/def AND the best SG/SF in the draft to replace Klay. Wiseman potential skillset is the least certain of all 60 draftee's. Even his defense, which should be a given, is a question. His only bankable skills, catching lobs and blocking shots, mean nothing in regards to if he'll be good on offense/defense as a Center.

Draft analysis is pretty useless, the greats won't even be comparable to their draft self. The things you can't break down in a draft analysis, how committed to winning are they? Are they a leader? Are they a student of the game? Do they truly LOVE the game or do they just LOVE getting paid and fame? These questions will heavily influence whether you are picking up a sometimes all-star or a first ballot hall of famer.

The fit wouldn’t work while offensively Towns could play the 4 and Wiseman the 5 the wolves want to run a 5 out and play through Towns and defensively Towns is beat at rim protecting and is horrible outside that if you had Towns guarding the 4 he would get dominated Towns and the Duo wouldn’t work Wolves are best in grabbing any other position

Really unsure if this guy is worth it. I feel like some people are living in the past. Unskilled centers are not worth as much in the NBA and the warriors can win without an elite big. I think they'd rather have another wing defender and trade back. 19 year olds don't help teams win titles. The other side of this argument is the west has skilled bigs like Joker, KP,AD, and more to deal with. I think the warriors would rather get ibaka in a trade than draft this guy. Plus that's not enough college tape for me.

They have no need KAT is offensively and defensively a 5 especially in the wolves 5 our offense Wiseman wouldn’t fit because one of them would have to play defensively 4 which wouldn’t work and they have a very good 2nd center in Naz Reid I don’t think they should look at center except maybe Okungwu if they trade down or trade back in the lottery as he could offensively be the 5 and defensively be the 4
