I’m always so impressed how James doesn’t hide or run from his mistakes and learning experiences. I’ve found him very open in this area and that’s not easy at all.

I mean, technically he’s still a kid. Yes he’s legally and adult and he has all this success but you’re not really grown up until your mid twenties, at least developmentally. I think it’s a good example that part of growing up is messing up. If you never mess up then you never learn. I’ve always thought that people were too hard on him for his mistakes. Being open about probably helps with self forgiveness

It’s not that he’s never done anything wrong, he has been a bit problematic and controversial in the past, however what matters is that he has acknowledged that and has apologised from his mistakes and is genuinely trying to improve from them. Even as somebody who’s not a big fan, I think that’s pretty admirable. Some people however don’t get that and want to hate on people for no reason.

I’m so happy that James is willing to own up to the things he’s done, and not play the victim. He’s done things he knew where wrong and he owned up to it and I think that is amazing, because you can see a lot of celebrities try and play the victim when they do something wrong or try and defend themselves to much and it makes me sad, but James owns up to it and apologizes, very happy about that💖
