Top respect to this lad for opening up about his demons and mental health and its straight from the heart. I've suffered for years with poor mental health and addiction and the one thing I have learned is that the only person who is going to help you is you, its hard to do but with help you can beat it.

James, not only are your podcasts interesting to your viewers but it's so obvious that you are helping the people you interview, too. I know you're wrestling with your own demons but you should be proud of what you're enabling your guests to achieve through discourse. Keep up the good work. It's clearly helping many people.

Great interview, I relate to everything Paul said. I was a big lad when I was young but very insecure since my parents divorce when I was 4. i got bullied by 4 or 5 skinny kids. In 76 I passed my eleven plus and had the long hot summer to contemplate moving to the big school. I got fed up of worrying and simply decided if anybody hurt me they would get my very dark side. Within a couple of years the other kids avoided me and I enjoyed stealing cigarettes off my previous bullies. Moved to London as soon as possible after school and became a South London bouncer. Proud to say I never beat anybody up and I was never beaten up either
