Try keeping the rod under your left armpit when winding with your right hand or put your handle on left hand side of your reel mate you’ll find it easier and more powerful

What time is the best time to go for gummy’s what bait is good and rigs please

Hi mate, sunrise and sunsets seem to be the most productive times. Definitely need water flow too. Bait wise literally anything fresh they will take, can also use oily and bloody baits. For rigs please view this video.kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rpiGd7N-m7qWe30.html

Do you have to Bleed the gummy and how do you do it

Hi mate, you can bleed them if you wish. But personally I don't. This is because to get a proper bleed the shark has to be alive and that isn't quite fair on the shark. So I do a quick knock over the head with the Hookem Fishing Donga and a quick gut and clean ready to fillet when we get back in. If you look after your catch and clean it in a timely manner. Then bleeding shouldn't make a huge difference. When it comes to cooking, can't beat deep fried flake! 😋

Fishing Victoria , thanks for information. I used to do shark fishing on commercial boat out of Sam Remo and we got hundreds of then but never got to clean then . Only did one trip. Do you know who to sail ?

2 minutes into the video you remove the hook protecter and just throw it? Not a very good way to promote responsible fishing, just saying😉

@@JamesFishingAdventures I did see that however it would still most likely end up in the environment after being wash out😉 if your going to do something like that you should edit it out, not really something that should be promoted 👍
