8 жыл бұрынI was invited to a small intimate blind tasting of 1982 Bordeaux first growths and Cheval Blanc in New York City at Tocqueville Restaurant, where I shared some amazing bottles with Michael Diamond of the Beastie Boys, Jay McInerney of the Wall Street Journal, and wine merchant David Sokolin.

Not sure who said it but I agree with the gent said that #1 was the lowest at first but then the wines change or their palates change. Tasting blind is incredibly difficult for me. Wine is not static and can change even over one evening.

So funny, when I watched this I was multitasking and briefly heard that you included Mike Diamond then jumped gleeful surprise when I saw Jay McInerney. That’s what Coronavirus will do to you🏄♀️🧘♀️ And I suppose it speaks to what type Millennial I am🍷🍾🥃🍺🍹

How much would a 1989 bottle of clos labarde saint emillion....grand cru.......be I want to drink it but I think I should save it if it's that expensive....

It's relatively inexpensive. 80-100 USD.
