Bryan Miller it’s a simple game, and while it looks like it’s bamboozling oppositions, his players understand/fulfill a few simple principles of their roles. The wide overloads going forward are just making the game into 3vs2 contests in key areas. We’re not that good at converting the multitude of crosses - or making them consistently accurate enough yet, but defensive cover and a roving & intelligent m/f block is as good as any in the league. Wilder’s secret is also in the motivational recipe, ‘his type of player’ is ravenous, not just hungry, and all have a good tactical awareness. There’s only one hymn sheet, and he’s ruthless. Altogether.. Different gravy. ⚔️ Let’s see how he manages against a wounded Man City, after Wolves worked them over. Against Pep Guardiola on Etihad turf, this is his biggest challenge yet.
