I don’t watch him week in and out so I’m happy to be wrong, isn’t he just an effective pace merchant, anytime he’s marked by someone as quick as him I.e Walker, he doesn’t do a lot. He’s obviously fantastic but just my opinion, my friends think he’s top in the world rn but I’m not sure. Doesn’t help the best player in the world plays his position to and he’s miles better than him so maybe that distracts from how good Vini is but yh

Anyone who knows ball should also know that Bellingham plays in a team without a dedicated no 9. So he has to do much of the hard work himself. Its all about the system buddy. Some people shine in a particular system and doesn't in other. Claiming 'this guy is better than that guy' doesn't show any ball knowledge. Instead it shows the lack of ball knowledge to just simplify it to that.

Jude wasn't the worst player in either leg against in City. In the 2nd leg, the only players on Madrid that were *better* than Jude were Lunin and Carvajal (although Carvajal struggled when Doku came on). Jude created the goal and, in a largely defensive team performance, completed the most tackles. The reason you think Jude was the worst is cos he's been so good in his first season at Madrid, you expect him to be prime Gerrard every game or he's automatically Madrid's "worst player". Nonsense. Madrid's worst player in the 1st leg was Lunin and, in the 2nd leg, it was Mendy.

Rodrygo doesn't lift his head up, like ever; doesn't release the ball at the right times; misses too many good chances; and he's one of the most selfish players you're likely to see. As for Vini, he's a better player and there's definitely an arguement there, but he isn't as good defensively and doesn't make the sacrificial runs Bellingham does to open space for others. Also, don't forget that Bellingham has won more MVPs than any other Madrid player this season, and has scored more than anyone else too. You can't just look at the last month or two and decide that he's not a great player. He's also been suspended and injured fairly recently. Trust me, he'll be back to his best soon enough, and then everyone will be jumping ship, telling everyone how good he is again.

🤔 Jude is 20 years old. What he's doing at his age is ridiculous. So what if he has a few quiet games? Madrid have other players that should be taking the reigns anyway. He was incredible for 6 months cos teams weren't prepared for him. Now, teams like City and Bayern are obviously spending time figuring out how to cancel him out cos he's clearly been Madrid's biggest threat. Once Madrid have a striker (possibly Mbappé), it'll take more attention off Jude. If you look at Kroos and Modric, they were no where near this level at Jude's age and look at them now. If anything, the biggest thing I noticed was how professional Jude was when he was subbed off. Other players get upset, he jogged straight to the touchline and high fived everyone. He's been a mainstay starter, got taken off and didn't complain at all. This guy is so professional.

@@marcus8030 Vini has been our 2nd best player behind Jude this season. Vini struggled during the 1st half of the season adapting to his new role and the void left by Benzema's departure. Jude got us through a lot of games and put us in a position to win La Liga. It's only the past 3 months that Vini has gotte back to his best.
