Nothing Bugliosi ever said about the case came from anything other than what came out in and after the trial by those that were there.

As far as the book is concerned there is not a single lie in it from Bugliosi..It is all public record and a telling of what came out in court and the trial itself.If there are any untruths in it he is not responsible for them.
@Poe397
@Poe397 15 жыл бұрын
Oh yeah and as for the suspected 35 other dead no-one is in prison for those crimes because of the lack of evidence,Thats why rumored and suspected are words always associated with it.The family said it not Bugliosi.

One more thing..To say that Bugliosi committed perjury just goes to show me how naive you are..A lawyer during a trial is not sworn in as a witness and therefore cannot commit perjury..no matter even if they lie its not perjury..Research young man O.K.

Now that being said,I never said it is 100%true..But if there are any untruths in it they are not from Bugliosi but the person that said it in court or in any other sworn testimony that it is taken from.

If you ever actually read the book,which i doubt,You would see it is 100% based on nothing more than sworn testimony and court documents and not a single word other than the narrative to make the story flow is Bugliosi's.

Paul Fitzgerald was nuttier than his client (Patricia Krenwinkel) if he thought they could've won the case outside of L. A. What could they've done, selected a jury from some Amish community in Pennslyvania? This case was sooo widely publicized, wasn't it?

No. Bugliosi said to the grand jury that Manson has mind power's and ordered them to leave do to a fear he was going to persuade the jury for his release. What prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi committed was perjury.=]

You can join the military and be disillusioned and influenced into things-like killing innocent people! I've probably taken more acid than any three of these stupid mofo's and i've never had the need to kill to please anyone, but then i was never in a postion where i needed someone's approval so badly. This was mainly about one guy's huge ego stucture to cover previous pain, young people who needed approval, and a set of particular circumstances that eventually came unglued.

Bobby Beausoleil on Helter Skelter theory : "- I guess because I know the truth, to me that explanation seems ridiculously simplified. How can anybody not see through that? Murder by Beatles records-this is what happens if you listen to Beatles records and take LSD!? What could be a more blatant attempt to discredit the youth movement of the '60s than that? To use that theory as the basis of convicting these people stretches credibility to the breaking point

Manson is innocent. It is wrong not to let anyone speak in front of the jury. That goes against their constitutional right's, and added onto that..what Bugliosi did was perjury. It was never proven that Charlie has "Mind power's"..and it was never mentioned before the trial. It was stated at the trial, and the jury followed the liar's word's.

He capable of lying in the courtroom. He's capable of giving false evidence of someone's action's. Charlie did nothing wrong, yet he's convicted. He lied to get money, and it's a proven fact in "Manson v.s. Bugliosi"..."I saw the Manson case...and I saw dollar sign's". He wanted to do it for money, and should be convicted for the lies he committed in the courthouse. But we all know..justice in society doesn't exist, and people like to be scared.
