It is the way she's doing the cornrows if look at her fingers they are on top of the hair not under. But either way they are gorgeous.

these kinds of cornrows are braided from inside, that's how it's supposed to be , we braid like this in Ug also , there are two types of cornrows ,this one they add the braiding hair from inside and the other type is added from top , buh this kind of hair lasts longer than the top one , this one can even last for 3 to 4 months, hope you understand
