When he is attached Can he be muted? Cacooned? When kit atk nani with a reflect dmg gadget will kit gets the dmg or the brawler who kit attached to? Does kit get all negative effects? Does any positive effects that come the brawler being attached itself applies to kit?

When he is attached all the effects or attack target the person who he is attached to

No to brawler effects. When Kit is attached, he's invicible to every effect and damage, practically no hitbox and all damage/effect gets transferred to the brawler he's attached to. However due to the "invicible" part, I'm not so sure about Nani + her "Return to Sender" gadget.
