Unprompted, Janet speaks of the conflation of abuse with love & also shares when it's time to get out (i.e. can't move [control], bringing you down, stagnant, work is affected, not taking care of yourself). She also seems implicitly aware though, as we all can act against our best interests, that wanting love can have us turn a red flag into a powder blue blanket bc we want closeness so deeply.
