Well it was successful it's a top 20 the closest she got to the top 10 and it was a huge hit in other countries and it was a hit on the dance club play chart and later added to her number ones album BET played the song to death.

Janet could literally re-release this today and it would still go number 1. She has that fire, that power, the quality to just get on a track and have her audience KNOW she's different. There is not one person that I respect more as a musician than I do her and Michael, I truly believe that they are the best of the best. This video is Janet's most unique effort ever put out and it just makes me so happy to go back and watch this in 2016, idk I'm literally her biggest fan. I still jam to it.
