Americans are just like that, specially in the birthday part! I worked as a rep in a call center, taking calls from TWC customers and it was always the same: ME: How can I help you? THEM: My cable is not working ME: Ok, let me send the signal to fix it right now, unplug your cablebox please. THEM: I'm not gon' to do that, it is NOT the entire cable, it is just channel 16 and I want my channel 16, cos I'm paying for it, bla bla bla SUPERVISOR!!! jajaja what a laugh...
