I myself been struggling too with my weight. I worked out I ate right I walked I didn't eat pass 7pm. All of that. But I was always reluctant to try those like weight watchers and Nutri system. I've lost 30, 40, even 50 pounds but I fell behind . Didn't keep it up. But I really need to not only eat right but maintain a active healthy lifestyle of exercise and maintaining to keep it off. And that's very important tome. Having a healthy lifestyle and maintaining it... It's a goal I need to accomplish instead of going back and fourth. I'm going to try this Nutrisystem thingy and see what happens.....

Anyone else think Jan sounds kinda weird in this interview? I mean I know she's always had a very soft speaking voice, but for some reason she seems kinda slowed down a lot. She sounds drugged.
