I love how Temura played Jango in this film. He only spoke when necessary and the scene where he’s engaged in verbal warfare with Obi-Wan is so good. I think both he and I agree that Disney has completely screwed over the character of Boba in the new show. Even Temura complained how his character talks too much and how they should keep Boba mysterious. Temura is a great Boba/Jango Fett, it’s just poor writing that has his character in a hole right now
@Tekaneable2 жыл бұрын
I disagree, while they could've done better job, I actually like what they're doing with Boba. His action and reasoning makes sense.
@memesouls86532 жыл бұрын
@@Tekaneable Yeah it’s all subjective to opinion, I do agree with your statement as I do like the IDEA of what they’re trying to do with Boba, but I’m overall not a big fan of them dumbing down such an iconic character. I get he’s not perfect but he was trained by some of the best Bounty Hunters in the galaxy such as his own father, Jango, and Bossk. If you read the canon comics or even better the EU comics and books, they portray Boba as a cold calculating hunter who doesn’t waste words or time. I don’t mind him turning good, but you don’t need to make him such a softy that Fennec has to tell him everything. Also my biggest issue is why absolutely no one who’s know Boba is or intimidated by him. It’s kind of lame. But I respect your opinion!
@Tekaneable2 жыл бұрын
@@memesouls8653 I don't think he is a goody-goody guy, I think he is pragmatic and realises he can get loyalty far easier than by intimidation. If he wants to quickly gain followers he has to change some methods. I didn't take it that Fennec as tells him what to do, but them simply talking over stuff so Audience could understand what they're about to do. And it's usually Boba who orders her around, he is her boss now after all, and she is running doing menial tasks. Granted, some dialoges were indeed unnecessary - like that conversation about "eye" of cyborg (it was cringe), and I also dislike that they disrespected him that much, but I believe there will be a big payoff for that. They said his healing session is over, and he is about get proper Manpower and he will ride a rancor. 3 more episodes to go, but 4th one already provided some bigger clarification, - like, why he was so easy on these stupid cyberpunks.

2 things that so many fans get wrong about Jango Fett: -1: He didn't just "stand there like an idiot" and shoot at Mace Windu. He clearly tried to activate his damaged jetpack, which failed him, and led to his death. -2: Mace didn't kill an "unarmed man". He was a walking weapon. He had vibroblades in his gauntlets, a whipcord launcher, flamethrower, grapple hook, and probably those darts he shot Zam Wessel with, along with possibly having a couple of thermal detonators.
@HappinessPunch7773 ай бұрын
He also had custom made magnetic gloves to pull in his WESTAR-34 blasters if they fell or were close by, which is why he lunged for Windu’s lightsaber. He was probably a second away from pulling it in before Windu used the Force.

With that voice, Temuera Morrison would make an awesome Vegeta. He even looks like he could play him in live action.

To be fair he was killed by arguably the most powerful being in the galaxy at the time and it was due to equipment failure.
