Its not Naan, Naan is made in Tandoor, and for daily routine life Plain Roti is used ( Chapati in English ) which is thinner, and healthier & our mothers usually cook for us daily with their hands..

They call Alapuzha the Venice/Amsterdam of the east. Here we have the beauty of nature and if you come in September when the monsoon is finished you can see the famous boat race of boats 100fts long with 100of paddlers.😊

You would have experienced that the Geographical areas covered by the Boat trip covers lot of islands as well RECLAIMED STRIPS called " MADA" ( used for water level control in the paddy fields mostly under water).So many times there will be power breakdowns while repairing cable connections . There is no Power shortage which existed few years back. And repair work needs to be done when there is no rain and during day time.

And indian bakers are only for bakery and savoury items for evening snack. You should go to local restaurants to try breakfast menu, it's different from bakers.

I love Roti bread. My neighbor in Bali was from India and she would make a vegan Indian dinner with fresh roti bread. I wasn’t a vegan at the time but she was vegan, but the food she made was so delicious. I believe a high percentage of ppl from India is vegan, which is amazing.

If you had traveled in a bigger group, you could have chosen a larger houseboat, with 4 rooms, a large dining space cum dance floor on the first tier. Sunset and sunrise look beautiful from a houseboat with water all around. Or if you are comfortable sharing the houseboat with other guests, book a suite in a double-storied boat.
