He didn’t make weight in one of his most recent matches so the win didn’t count I believe.

I think the second pin is less debatable than the first pin. The knuckles are certainly below the imaginary plane on the second pin.

Newbie arm wrestler here. What's his secret to getting to that level ? Just time ? I know, kind of a stupid question. But just curious.
@ZeJuggler

@@BlackAdam2784 years and years of practice and great genetics. Tony is a shorter guy and is extremely lean, so he fills the entirety of his lightweight frame with dense muscle. In addition to being beyond strong, especially for the weight class, his technical game is masterful from the many years of experience. Put all that together and you get a tank of a man. The best way to improve is to practice. Tony doesn't have a "secret," he just has been working at his game hard enough and for long enough to get to the level he is at. Study the masters, get stronger, and put in a lot of table time, and you will improve guaranteed. I'm only about a year in, and I would demolish myself from 2 months ago. It's all about steady progress.

@@ZeJuggler I appreciate, as well as *value, your reply. I mean that. Very quick response and *very detailed. I will remember your words. And put them to practice. At 38 years of age, I wish I would've started sooner. *But I'm starting now. :)

the consistency of Bart is a joke, if those 2 were pins, then go watch other matches that he's refereed...

@Allaluca 3 жыл бұрын
@@lepe I'm talking about consistency, and it applies to all sports, all people ask is the ref be consistent with his/her calls. If those were pins, then there's numerous instances where pins should have been called and outcome changed with Bart's past called matches.

And yet they came in at the almost the same weight. Curious logic. Guys cut weight all the time. If Janis os too small for the weight class, he should either go down or out on more size.
