Because top turret have diffrent stats/buffs than bot

Ask yourself what can i do now since i have drake. Nothing. Because its not an active you can use and impact the game directly. Imagine you get herald and you get one full turret. That can impact a snowballing lane into oblivion. Just think of forexample aatrox whos like 6/0 in lane. Why would you not take control over top side with him and help him push two turrets and give him huge gold. The first two turrets of top can decide if that top laner is gonna carry the game or not. The second turret if executed perfect gives alot of gold. That person if he is not in low elo afcours knows that he should help other lanes or draw pressure somewhere else.

In high elo its about oke i have advantage now what can i do now fast thats why tempo is important. If you lose 1 second on a camp that means youre 1 second later to the next camp or fight that could have been prevented.
