I met Dr Haaifa when she 1st visited south Africa. I attended her retreat then. Alhumdulliah it was the beginning of my life changing journey to Allah. I thoroughly appreciate all her videos and love her for the lessons she brings to us. Jazak Allahu Khayr for her motivation to steadfast in Allah . Subhan Allah ❤

Allahume xheal qurrate'aini fi Saleh. I hope I didn't make a mistake by writing. In internet I found this: Imam Omar Suleiman said that the qurratu’ain (coolness of the eyes) of our Prophet s.a.w, as much as he loved his family, was his salah (prayers) because that is where his true joy and comfort comes from. And look in the Quran 25:71 It is the Dua: “wal ladheena yaquloona rabanaa hablanaa min azwaajinaa wa dhurriyaatinaa qurrata ayunin, wajalnaa lil muttaqeena imamaa.” Translated: “And those who say: Oh our Lord, gift us a gift for our spouses, our children, and future generations the coolness of eyes and make us leaders over those who are righteous, pious, and fearful.” you find this word "coolness of the eyes" قُرَّ‌ةَ أَعْيُنٍ

jazak Allah khair for the beautiful message , may Allah subhanawataala make us among those whom HE loves , I have a question - you said in the kitchen when we waste 3or 4 hours cooking but is it not a service that we will be rewarded for?? or should we cut down our cooking time- I mean this is coming from me who hates to cook but thats work that needs to be done.

Please check how authentic the hadith Dr. Haifaa mentioned about prayer “where did you go? To something better than me?” Because i looked it up and from what I understand that hadith id weak or ضعيف and it is completely normal for our teachers to make mistakes sometimes were humans but i just wanted to point that out

Weak hadith can be used by scholars for only improve ur behavior and increase faith, but not in matters of tawhid, inheritance, zakat etc

Salam alaykom wa rahma'tullah, I do not understand why a black dot goes on the heart due to enjoying a piece of chocolate? Are we really meant to turn away from all and any desires? Even those that are permissable? Our Rasul'ullah [saw] once forbade honey as a drink from himself,a dn was told he should not do that. Am I missing a key point of information? Tiredness and shaytasn Seek refuge in Allah from shaytaan , take fresh wudu with cold water Waje up 10min before fajr so you're fresh at salah May Allah make it easy for you
